What is the Right of Withdrawal?

In accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("Regulation"), which was prepared based on Articles 48 and 84 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 dated 7/11/2013:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal*

However, Article 15 of the same Regulation specifies exceptional circumstances in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Within the scope of these exceptional circumstances, the Buyer, with regard to the Product subject to the Contract, is subject to the exceptions listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, which specify the products for which the right of withdrawal can be exercised.

Return Conditions

• The product must be undamaged in its packaging and unused.
• The product must be returned with all accessories and the original box.
